Distilled to mark the year Oaxaca welcomed its dead home again. One harvest, cut by hand, twice-distilled in copper. Only a limited number of bottles still available.
Made in the spirit of Oaxaca's great gathering — a mezcal of offering and celebration, bottled in a single run and then kept.
Drawn from the same 2022 harvest as our Día de los Muertos joven, then set apart to rest. It has been aging in oak in Oaxaca since November 2022 — and is not yet finished. This one, the barrel decides.
There is no checkout. When a release window opens — or the next harvest is ready — the list is written to first.
